Goodbye for now!

I'm taking a break from maintaining this website. Writing meaningful things, which are also technical is difficult and takes a ton of time. Due to my recent job change I will be losing 100-120 minutes to commute every workday (~9-10h per week) and for that reason I will not have enough spare time in the week to keep this website going.

In many ways this website had already accomplished its mission, I've gotten much better at explaining technical things in writing and met many amazing people throughout the years. For that reason I do not feel so bad about shutting it down, even though I would have preferred to spend my time more productively than just running to office and back. That's life!

I shared the custom static website generator with a few of my closest programmer friends, and they may be publishing something on their own soon, which is exciting! The soul of this website lives on!

I still don't have any social media, but you can reach out to me directly via e-mail: contact@filip-gacina.me. This website may return in full sometime in the future when I have more time, every post is archived so nothing will be lost. Until then, take care and do your best.
